MAKE AN OFFER BREEDING CONTRACT

Breeding fee is determined by buyer after the birth

SAMPLE: "Make An Offer" breeding contract

We understand every breeding decision is critical and the outcomes aren't always what we anticipated.  It can be especially disappointing if we have paid for a breeding and the value of the cria (either market value or to our own breeding program) is not what we were expecting.  That is why we are offering a unique "Make An Offer"  breeding fee for some of our herdsires.  We will share the risk of the unknown with you.  How does this work? The breeding fee will not be determined until the cria is born and can be evaluated. As the owner of the dam you will determine the value of the breeding and the owner of the herdsire will accept that value as the breeding fee and will sign-off on the registration once the fee is paid in full.  You agree the cria must be registered before it is one year old or we, as the owners of the herdsire, will not be obligated to complete our portion of the registration process.  This arrangement also helps us get more cria on the ground for what we believe are herdsires with much to offer.  It is a win-win for both parties.
