Patriotic Gentleman's sire is the multi-champion Hobby Horse Farm Great Expectations, making the well-known SA Peruvian Black Epic grandsire. Apache's dam, Excelsior's High Voltage Tazer, has an equally impressive background. She's the harlequin daughter of two well-known appaloosas - NWA/Hearsum Paulo and Cookies and Cream.

PBR Apache's Spark's Fly's dam, Bisturi's Periwinkle, is a gorgeous vicuña style girl who has produced some of the finest appaloosa/harlequins in the nation. Another coveted daughter of an incredible black female, Hvla Poppy, Bisturi's Periwinkle has a beautiful Dark rose grey fleece and Vicuña patterning coupled with an outstanding phenotype.
