Description

Red Granites Royal Patriot our newest gray Herdsire! With our Gray breeding program being rather small a few select males actually make it into our gray breeding program, lucky enough, Royal Patriot was able to snag a spot for that and has a few crias due for 2022.

During his show career judges' had commented on how he looked like a white animal because of how light his grey coloring was. Unique enough, he barley qualifies as a grey due to him lacking the colored fibers most grey alpacas have, they said he was always the finest in the class but couldn't be placed high due to this.

Sired by Snowmass Reserved, the Brown Male Color Champion at the 2009 Futurity & Combined Mixed Male Reserve Champion at the 2010 Futurity. Reserved's two memorable "uncles" may give you a hint of his pedigree line: Snowmass Royal Challenger and Snowmass XXXtreme. Reserved has sired the 2018 FuturityGrey Male Reserve Champion, Red Granites Royal Brutus, who is a altogether 30X Champion Male. Grey prepotency proven is in Royal Patriots pedigree!

Royal Patriot's Dam, Red Granites Pumpkin is a stunning Medium Rose Grey foundation female who is sired by Emerald Farm's Rincon Cloud, she is also a ATV Adonnis granddaughter via dam, Crescent Moon's Patsy. Pumpkin was the 2014 TXOLAN Alpaca Spectacular Grey Female Reserve Champion as a juvenile!
