When you purchase a breeding to a Red Granite Ranch sire comes three (3) on-farm ultrasound confirmations by one of the best in the field of reprodution in the state of Colorado, Dr. Richard Wheeler. Those ultrasounds are free of charge. We also offer a 30-day free agisitng for your female. Finally, we offer a 30-day live cria gurnatee or a free re-breed to the same male or a male of similar genetics/caliber. Your female and cria will have tender care and are treated as our own. Our clients come back year after year and are very pleased with the high quality results. 

To reserve your females book early as some of our males have a limited amount of outside breedings. We share all our males with the alpaca community and offer extra services. We love what we do and raising the best possible huacaya alpacas is what we do, we are competely dedicated to creating the better huacaya. 

**Biosecurity: All visitng females coming off transports are required to have a negative BVD and fecal test. Females arriving from outside of the state of Colorado are rrequired to have a certoficate of Veterinary Insection (health papers) dated within 30 days of their arrival.**

**Live Birth Guarentee Defined (NEW July 2025): The Breeder guarantees a live cria will be born to said female as a result of this stud service. The live birth guarantee is satisfied if the cria survives 30 days after birth.  If the Owner claims the guarantee is not fulfilled, the Owner shall provide proof from a licensed veterinarian that the cria died within 30 days after birth and the cause of death if the pregnancy produced a viable fetus.  If said female loses the fetus before delivery by absorption or miscarriage, proof of such event shall be required within 11 months of the departure of the female from the Breeder’s Ranch, or within 30 days of discovering the dam is no longer carrying a fetus, whichever occurs first. 

1. The live birth guarantee shall become null and void if the bred female is exhibited at any alpaca show, public event, or is transported for any other reason, unless it is an emergency after the breeding. The owner acknowledges that the physical and emotional stress of travel, showing, and exposure to unfamiliar environments may increase the risk of pregnancy loss. As such, the Breeder shall not be held liable for any pregnancy complications, loss, or failure to produce a live birth if the female has attended a show, public event, or any other place that is not an emergency during her pregnancy.**
