Our alpaca store offers numerous of products that are all made with love and care. We have products that are handmade in Colorado and the United States, as well as many produced by Peruvian artisans.
Shipping: We ship our products anywhere and everywhere — and all of the wonderful places in between. We make every effort to ship in-stock items within 10 days of receiving payment. We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders typically reach North American destinations (US & Canada) within 7-10 days. Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours. We can also arrange "pick-up" of your order here at the ranch.
Returns/Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your order, refunds will gladly be provided if product is returned in its original condition. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to process your request!
