Description

Red Granites Sunset's Splash is the daughter of Kirwin, one of the males we acquired years ago at a Parade of Champions auction from Crescent Moon Ranch. We fell in love with Kirwin, his 13-time championship wins and being a proven champion producer of all colors made him so easy to love, but it also made him a must have Herdsire.

Sunset's Splash gives a splash of all colors with her heritage. She carries gray, brown, black, fawn, white and beige. Her dam, Snowmass Sunset Dreams is a daughter of Snowmass Incandescence, a beige Snowmass Infinity son and maternal grandson of the amazing champion black herdsire from Snowmass Alpacas, Snowmass Nova. The dam of Sunset Dreams is Snowmass Ambrosian Dream a dark fawn daughter of Snowmass XXXtreme and maternal granddaughter of 5Peruvian Chaccu. Sunset Dreams has produced brown, fawn, white, and yes, even black.

Red Granites Sunset's Splash's pedigree is completely unrelated with her Coefficient of Inbreeding (COI) percentage being 0.0%. She can also be easily crossed with any of the Red Granite Ranch herdsires, making her such a unique release for us. She comes with a free breeding that is non-transferable. You can breed her to any color your heart desires, but personally we would suggest a Val D Lsere lined son, Red Granites Alydar By Val D Lsere or Red Granites Casper By Val D Lsere comes to mind when we think of who to breed her to. Both of these males are closed to outside breedings.
