Description

We co-own this young male with his breeder, and he came to us from another farm after getting a slightly rough start after he left his breeder. He has a spectacular fleece. It has a natural brilliance, style, and fineness, catching the attention of the attendees at a fiber class I took his fleece to; even with a poor shearing job done on it, the fleece quality was unmistakable. The teacher, someone who sees and skirts many fleeces every year, said it was something to keep an eye on, that that alpaca might turn into something special. I must admit that I have been very pleased with his fleece every time I put my hands on him.

Unfortunately, he has a couple conformational issues I am not so pleased with, so we may only show him in IFA competition. We will not be offering him for breeding. Sales will be done with full disclosure and I do not recommend him as a breeding animal.

His fleece did very well at IFA competition in 2024.
