Description

We bought this cute little guy for our 4-H program, but we didn’t realize he’s a FIBER MONSTER. While he lacks style, as it’s a very open fleece, he pumps out some serious staple length. It’s fine too! The National Spin-Off judge commented on just how beautiful his yarn will be…if we can keep VM out of his fiber. Too bad he kind of likes to sleep in the hay! Plus he’s flat out adorable! Those ears are too cute with all the floof sticking out of them.

He did very well for our 4-H kids but an injury has curtailed his performance career. He can just grow fiber for our products now.

When I dropped his 2022 fleece off for processing, the mill owner practically drooled on this one, exclaiming over the softness and fineness. His staple length was OVER 6 inches! The biggest issue with him: density. The mill owner looks forward to his fleece every year!

His EPDs have been impressive and he did okay in IFA competition too.
