I just fell in love with Sicario the 1st time I saw him. After 24 years in the alpaca business I am not easily taken in, but he just took my breath away. At 7 months old he looked like he was sitting in a cascading puddle of silky fleece and he had the most adorable face I'd ever seen. I was smitten.
Sicario put most of his energy into his fleece his 1st 2 years but continued to be successful in the show ring , and now is a big strapping guy and breeding successfully.

Who's My Daddy Now? has a story to tell. A case of mistaken paternal parentage when she was registered. Either Daddy would have been great, but it turns out it was really El Dorado Accoyo Rubicon, and I"m glad to have those outstanding genetics. Rubicon stood at the pinnacle of EPD's for AFD for quite awhile, so imagine what he brought to the table!

Because of her spunky cria behavior she became known as Peppy-- much easier to say than her full name.

Description

We liked this girl when we first saw her at the Wild West Alpaca show in spring 2025, and were thrilled when Cindy Harris (Alpacas of Windy Hill) gave us the chance to own her. Her sire is RGSA Sicario, who comes from the Bruxo/Macgyver/Bronson line, and her dam comes from Inca. She showed very well as a juvenile, and more recently was awarded reserve champion as a yearling.

We think she will make a solid foundation female for our herd.
