Red Granites Lafayette is something special! His fleece shows an extreme level of brightness with excellent staple definition across his frame, with very impressive density. His fineness and uniformity work together in creating a soft, supple, cool hand.

His sire, Red Granites Chisholm, whom we share with Cory & Kim of Sopris Alpaca Farm, has proven to be an excellent and dependable sire. A National Champion winner in his own right, his progeny are also becoming top show-winners.

His dam, Snowmass Loro Lass, is a 13 micron and 2.9 SD daughter of the incredible and late, Snowmass Loro Piana. nowmass Quechua and Peruvian Hemingway together provide approximately 20% of Loro Lass' genome.

Snowmass Quehcua, 6Peruvian Accoyo Elite, and Peruvian Hemingway make up approximately 43% of this young males genome. It’s a very intentional Snowmass × Accoyo × Hemingway concentration, which explains the fineness + density stacking!! This one is "one-to-watch".
