Description

Athena is presently being bred to Majestic's A Man Among Men. Athena's 2017 cria was out of Majestic's A Wanted Man, and this cria is a dream juvenile. Her fiber is lustrous, fine with a handle to die for. I expect the same from her present breeding to A Wanted Man's brother, A Man Among Men.

Athena is out of Alexa, who we purchased for her world class EPD for fineness and Staple Length. The pairing with Bogart has proved to give Athena EPDs that are some very respectable trait numbers. Athena lineage is the "whose who" in genetics. Her mother Alexa, is out of the late El Bello. Bogart and El Bello may be considered two of the most prolific and gifted breeding male studmasters. Athena was born running, she is very athletic, of good bone mass, and even at birth her conformation was ideal. Athena has greatness in her future as a foundation female. She would be an asset to improve any herd.
