Farm Tours
Unwind, meet the animals, have an unforgettable experience!
With your tour at Elle Pea Acres, you'll enjoy hearing the chickens cluck, the donkeys hee haw, and the alpacs coo. You will get to experience the magic of being with the animals, and leave with new memories and lot's of smiles!

IMPORTANT INFO
- We are OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
- Tours are limited to small groups of 8 or less unless prior arrangement is made.
- If you would like a private tour or a group larger than 8 contact us by email so we may try and accommodate you.
- Tours are recommended for children 3 years and up.
What to expect
- Learn about alpacas, donkeys, potbelly pigs, chickens, horses, sheep, and growing veggies and flowers on our farm.
- Take pictures and get up close and personal with the animals.
- Feed some of the animals when permitted.
- Shop our farm stand for fresh local produce, our fresh cut flowers and other great local products.
- Bring a drink to stay hydrated. No Alcohol Please.
Getting here
- The address to the farm is 430 Auburn Road, Groton, NY, 13073 Drive through the gate and follow the driveway to the YELLOW horse barn that has a GREEN roof.
- TOURS START AT THE YELLOW HORSE BARN.
- If you find yourself running late (or early!), please call so we can do our best to accommodate you. If you are late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment in order to respect the next group or other farm responsibilities.
What to be prepared for
- This is a working farm and visitors are expected to understand that there may be hazards not normally encountered in public.
- Visitors must wear CLOSED-TOE SHOES like sneakers or boots. No dress shoes, flip flops, or sandals. Also, wear clothing appropriate for the weather and out door activity.
- Young children must be kept under close supervision. See rules below. Visitors unable to comply with this may be turned away.
- While visitors will get up close and personal with the animals, we are not a petting zoo. Therefore guests are not permitted to get into the animal enclosures without the consent of the farm owner and appropriate supervision.
- If visiting during the summer months, you may encounter flies or other bugs. Wear bug spray if you are concerned about being bit.
- If you are allergic to bees/wasps or have other allergy concerns, make sure to bring your epi pen or other medications just in case!
Rules
- It's important, for your best experience, to behave in a calm/quiet manner - use "inside voices".
- No running/jumping.
- No rock throwing.
- Stay with the group.
- Parents, please watch your children.
Cancelation Policy
Due to limited tour availability and our ability to fill late openings, you may request (confirmation from us required) to cancel for a full refund (minus the booking fee) or reschedule up to 72 hours before the date/time of appointment. After that time, there will be no refund. This includes late/no shows.
U-Pick Flower Events
Join us for a morning of picking beautiful blooms!

Ticket options:
Due to limited ticket availability; Tickets must be pre-purchased through our "Book a Tour" button below.
Ticket option 1 - One person, Photo Pass, Bucket for picking flowers $35.00
Ticket option 2 - One person, Photo Pass, No Bucket for Picking $10.00
Kids 3 and under free.
Bucket:
Fill the bucket with as many stems as you would like. Each bucket holds enough flowers for a large bouquet of flowers.
What to expect:
After you arrive and park join us at the tent/table for check in. After you've been checked in; if you've bought a ticket that includes flower picking you'll be given a bucket with water and a pair of snips. You'll be told how to best harvest your blooms to build your bouquet. We will direct you to where to pick your blooms and off you go! With the photo pass you can take as many pictures for yourself to remember your experience or for your social media pages. Don't forget to tag us! When you've filled your bucket with the most beautiful flowers come back to the table to arrange them and well bundle them and put them in your take home sleeve. Please don't leave buckets or snips in the field; lawn mowers don't like eating them.
How to choose tickets:
If you are a single person coming to attend the U-Pick flower event, choose the ticket that best describes what you'd like to do. If you would like to walk among the flowers, bees and butterflys and take pictures only, choose the no bucket option. If you'd like to pick a bucket of flowers choose the ticket with the bucket option. If you'd like to pick two buckets of flowers choose two tickets with the bucket option.
If you are a couple who wants to pick one bucket of flowers, choose one of each of the ticket options.
If you are a group of 4 and want to pick two buckets of flowers, choose two of each ticket. So on and so forth.
Children 3 and under are free.
Rules:
- Must have a good time!
- No running.
- Our snips are sharp, Be careful!
- If you're bringing small children, bring safety scissors if you'd like them to snip flowers too. Use your best judgement.
- Not only our our flowers beautiful but they are also food for bees and other pollinators. Bees don't bother us but if you are allergic please bring an Epi pen or other applicable treatment in the very rare circumstance a bee does sting you.
