How to Transfer and Register Your Cashmere Goats

All goats from Nordic Horn are entered by us into the Cashmere Goat Association's database. Cashmere goats can only be fully registered after they have grown their first cashmere (beginning at about 8 months of age). The cashmere is submitted for evaluation in one of two ways; by submission to a cashmere fleece competition or by submitting a sample of the cashmere to a lab. This process requires some explanation and that is why we have put together a PDF with a full explanation.
